As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will provide part time administrative support on a daily basis. You will act as the liaison between employees and various departments throughout the organization as well as outside partners and clients.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Work 20-25 hours per week
  • Manage and review incoming documents
  • Updating various forms and databases
  • Run reports and keep records up to date
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls
  • Monitor Outlook email inbox
  • Perform other various duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years in an administrative support position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week
