Payroll Accountant Needed

Our client is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-location, multi-state payroll processing
• Experience processing international payroll is a strong plus
• Process and analyze payroll transactions
• Perform regular analysis of payroll for trends and to confirm accuracy
• Prepare payroll journal entries and other accruals
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Month-end close experience required
• 941 reconciliations; prepare and distribute W2

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience processing payroll
• Intermediate Excel required
• Experience working with third party payroll system (ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, etc.)
• Experience working with an ERP experience required
