As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for using ADP to record and process all employee time and payroll data. This will require that youobserve and manage multiple deadlines.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Processing biweekly, multi-state payroll for our over 1,000 employees hourly and salary employees
  • Preparing biweekly Payroll tax reconciliation.
  • Producing and distributing business intelligence labor and payroll reporting to management.
  • Performing HRIS system maintenance and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all employee data in HRIS.
  • Answering questions from employees at all levels of end-users throughout the company
  • Serving as support and backup for other HR roles as needed.

Position Qualification

  • At least 3 years of progressive payroll experience.
  • Must have prior experience working with business intelligence software to produce labor and payroll reports. UltiPro payroll system experience is required.
  • Proficient with Work and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Interacts with customers, internal and external, in a personable and professional approach.
