Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Processes semi-monthly payroll for facilities
  • Processes manual checks on as needed basis
  • First point of contact for employees for various payroll related matters
  • Researches and provides answers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supports field Employee Services Coordinators to answer questions, provide guidance, and trianing
  • Runs reports after each payroll
  • Partners with HR on a variety of employee actions, making adjustments/changes on an ongoing basis, and ensuring workflow and processes are developed, implemented, and improved.
  • Ensure payroll informatoin is accurate
  • Files and organizes payroll records and reports
  • Processes employee edits with approved paperwork within timekeeping system
  • Partners with other members of Payroll team to provide additional support during deadlines
  • Processes and maintains Wage Garnishments (ADP WGPS), Verifications of Employment and compliance with applicable contracts if needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 4+ years in large organization
  • Multi-state
  • Payroll expertise with complexity experience (ADP preferred)
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding written and oral communcation skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Word and Excel
  • Team oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform in fast paced environment
