Job Description

Dual role requires the individual to be responsible for coordinating employee payroll and benefits in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws. For accounts payable, the responsibility lies on processing transactions accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures.


  • Support verification and processing of bi-weekly payroll in ADP
  • Track and maintain personnel updated
  • Respond to and assist with employee questions regarding payroll
  • Assist with processing accounts payable including refund processing and check mailing


  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable required, 2+ years ideal
  • Knowledge of payroll processes ideal
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate Excel
