A growing property management company is URGENTLY looking for a Payroll and HR Specialist to join their team! This is an amazing environment, creative atmosphere and work/life balance. This can be a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • At least two years of payroll and human resources experience
  • Experience with full cycle payroll processing for up to 40 employees
  • Maintaining time and attendance
  • Onboarding new applicants and benefits administration
  • Full cycle recruiting, tracking applicants and maintaining relationships with recruitment firms
  • Partner with VP of HR on best practices, employee retention and creating a positive work environment
  • Be able to see big picture, handling confidential information and high level of integrity
  • Team oriented, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
