Job Description

Our client, located near South Brunswick, NJ is adding a Payroll Associate to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Verifying Payroll provided
  • Handle T&E
  • Assist with Payroll reporting, taxes, withholdings and T&E reporting
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
  • Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
  • Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Expereince with processing for 700+ multi-state employees
  • Experience with Concur software is preferred
