Vaco Richmond is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Administrator who is able to help craft a positive work environment every single day. We are seeking someone with heavy experience in one area or the other and a desire to learn the other half!

Daily duties may include:

  • Process payroll using an in-house Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Compute wages and deductions in compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
  • Assist with the research of employee benefits plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value.
  • Process daily benefit changes and updates and ensure compliance


  • Relevant experience (3 years minimum)
  • SHRM preferred
  • Team-player mentality
