Payroll/Wellness Coordinator

Human Resources team has immediate opening for a full-time Payroll/Wellness Coordinator in Bridgewater.

  • Self-starter with professional, customer service-oriented attitude, strong interpersonal and organizational skills and 3-5 years' experience handling all aspects of payroll administration and HR related tasks needed.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing semi-monthly payroll for tri-state business with 300 employees
  • Oversight of quarterly and monthly federal, state and local taxes
  • Compiling payroll reports and journal entries for general ledger
  • Preparing budget, bonus and year-end spreadsheets
  • Verify timecards, new and terminated employees
  • Coordination of W-2s and wage attachments
  • Additional responsibilities for newly created role include assisting Benefits Administrator with health and wellness initiatives
  • Scheduling and engaging employees
  • Create incentive programs and activities and general benefits support
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Creative thinker who thrives under pressure, wants a challenge
  • HRIS and benefit administration experience desired

Additional Notes:

  • Must have great Knowledge of local tax laws for PA, NY, NJ, and experience processing timesheets for non-exempt, hourly employees.
  • Plus - Paycom, will consider other candidates with other HRIS applicant tracking systems
  • Payroll 15th and last day of month
  • Benefits experience is also a plus.
  • 9-5, Summer hours out early on Fridays
