Job Description

Well-established hospitality group is currently seeking a full-time payroll coordinator to join their team in Wilton, CT. This is a hands-on role, looking for someone who can work independently and who has relevant Excel experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing Payroll for 950-1200+ employees weekly
  • T&E Processing
  • Setup new employees for onboarding
  • Back up for Benefits
  • Compile payroll data
  • Maintain all employee data
  • Support all internal and external audits

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of hands-on payroll processing experience for 200+ employees
  • Must have solid Excel skills
  • H/S Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills
