Job Description

Well-established manufacturing group is currently seeking a payroll coordinator to join their team in Shelton, CT for a 3+ month project. This is a hands-on role, looking for someone who can work independently and who has relevant ADP experience (Enterprise version preferred).

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with processing Payroll for 1000+ employees biweekly
  • Multijurisdictional Payroll Tax Laws
  • Correcting W2 forms
  • General ledger reconciliations for payroll
  • Maintain all employee data
  • Support all internal and external audits

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of hands-on payroll experience for a minimum of 200+ employees
  • Must have experience with ADP (Enterprise version preferred)
  • H/S Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills
