Job Description

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting, calculating and entering payroll data. The Payroll Coordinator reviews and audits timekeeping records for compliance and adheres to all organizational standards and company processes and procedures. The payroll coordinator answers all questions, concerns and requests pertaining to payroll discrepancies.

Daily duties and responsibilities as the Payroll Coordinator will generally include:

  • Calculate, review, process, and audit timesheets
  • Entry of all payroll data
  • Maintain current payroll records for staff
  • Verify employee bank routing and account info
  • Blanace time and wage reports
  • Process ACH and wires as needed
  • Correspond with appropriate staff member(s) regarding staff payroll issues
  • Maintain payroll data in related software system(s)
  • Verify new hire set up and all necessary new hire information
  • Work with employee deductions and deductions files
  • All other duties as requested by management
Desired requirments and qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
  • 4yr Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
  • 1 year recent working knowledge of payroll experience.
  • Prior experience using payrole software(s).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Consistently exercises accuracy and organization, attention to detail and prioritization.

Job Requirements

Prior experience using ADP. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, and Power Point. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
