Our client, located near South Brunswick, NJ is adding a Payroll Coordinator to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Occasionally process payroll for other locations
  • Complete state unemployment verification forms and compile data for verification of employment.
  • Coordinate disability and FMLA requests as well as required documentation and follow-up as needed.
  • Assist with HR related functions
  • Set up employees in Payroll and timeclock system
  • Record the attendance of all temporary employees to compare with the company records
  • Complete the company's benefit enrollments for employees as well as preparing offer letter paperwork for new hires

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 3 years HR/payroll experience.
  • Must be Bi-lingual - English/Spanish speaking and writing.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Ultipro Payroll and Time Management systems
