Vaco Richmond is seeking a payroll administrator with a relevant degree/background to hit the ground running!

Some of the daily job duties may include:

  • Perform full cycle payroll processing and all associated tasks as required
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and implement those process improvements during new system implementation.
  • Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations
  • Develop payroll reports
  • Actively participate in system implementation project

Requirements of this role

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or business heavily preferred
  • 5 years full cycle automated payroll processing experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple HR/Payroll and time entry systems
  • Previous multi-state payroll experience required
  • Project management experience required
