Payroll Manager

Job Description for Interim Payroll Manager

Process payroll check runs, reporting, manual checks, garnishments, employee advances, process time cards, & reconciliations

  • Report to appropriate government agencies and process yearly W2's and 1099's.
  • Compensation and Benefits Analysis.
  • Preparation of journal entries
  • Assist in preparation of month-end close and internal monthly financial reporting package


  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • At least 3 years experience with multi-state payroll
  • At least 3 years experience reconciling general ledger accounts
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, etc)
