Key Job Responsibilities
* Manage and ensure weekly and bi-weekly processing and disbursement of multi-state payroll
* Knowledge of federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence
* Updating and maintaining payroll policies and procedures.
* Post payroll journal entries to G/L; analyze and reconcile P&L and Balance Sheet accounts
* Prepare management reports for earnings, taxes, deductions and assist on other projects as needed
* Supervise small payroll team and lead the team to accomplish expected results
* Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) highly preferred
* Minimum 5 years' payroll experience
* Experience with Workday is required
* Knowledge and experience in ADP payroll systems
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Dependable and Team Player
* Ability to work with ambiguity and uncertainty in a dynamic environment
