Job Description

The position is responsible for assisting with the administration, organization, integration, evaluation, and implementation of all Payroll related activities in the HCM (Human Capital Management) and/or labor tracking systems. Responsible for the identification; understanding of issues; impact on the system and providing options; recommendations; system improvements in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide support to the Payroll Director and Payroll Manager; partner with HRIS, FIS, Compensation, and Business Partners to seek resolution; assist users with system activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Credentials, and Licenses:

Associate degree in Accounting, Business or related major with a minimum of 2 years payroll experience; or eight years payroll experience demonstrated with a progressive increase in knowledge related to all aspects of payroll or hold FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) designation with a minimum of 3 years payroll experience.

Specialized Knowledge: HCM (Human Capital Management) and/or labor tracking systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Kronos, Workday), Intermediate Excel and Word skills. Good business writing skills.
