Manufacturing Plant Controller Job-$122-134K + Bonus

Our manufacturing client is search for a Plant Controller to spearhead accounting and finance functions for their local plant.

The ideal candidate will have experience optimizing plant performance, new capital improvements and expenditure, supply chain, and inventory controls.

The controller will be a hands-on leader of a small accounting team.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Monthly Financial Reporting to the parent company
• Monthly Analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Variance analysis and corrective actions to gain the high performance
• Job costing and standard cost accounting
• Managing a small accounting team for GL, Cost and FPA functions
• Work with plant management on cost improvements
• Strategic plant facility process improvement experience
• 4-year degree in Accounting
• Advanced degree, Masters, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5 years of managerial experience
• Advanced Excel and Accounting ERP experience
• Experience with SAP a +
