Job Description:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Ensure resolution to each contact with an emphasis on a first contact resolution.
  • Responsible for key contact center performance metrics at the individual level.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage Distributors.
The MUST HAVES are:
  • Previous Experience in Customer service
  • High School diploma or GED diploma
