Job Description

Road Warrior Technology Implementation Specialist (POS-SOLUTIONS) 90% TRAVEL

Our client provides enterprise organizations with proprietary hospitality industry technology solutions. The team needs a Rockstar Technology Implementation Specialist to provide and set-up innovative software and hardware solutions on behalf of the entire organization's clients Nationwide.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage hardware and software product installations at Hospitality and Restaurant locations across the United States.

2. Handle requirements documentation involving pricing systems, menu items, Point of Sales Systems, different levels of networking equipment

3. Monitor and test site operations, assist end-users with hands-on support and detailed project and process documentation

Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of IT experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry is a MUST!

2. Experience with POS ("Point-Of-Sales") installation, implementation, etc. Ex: ("InfoGenesis")

3. Experience with LMS ("Lodging Management Systems"), Property Management Systems, Payment Systems, Activity Schedulers, Procurement Systems, Marketing Loyalty/Analytics Solutions, etc.

4. Active Directory, Linux, Windows, Server, Network troubleshooting, Firewall, software, hardware installment experience, etc. Desktop Support Background is a MUST!!!

5. SQL knowledge/database documentation, knowledge of coding/scripting (Ex: Java, Python is a
plus!)

6. Client-facing experience, experience traveling to client sites

THIS POSITION INVOLVES 90 PERCENT NATIONAL TRAVEL, IS DIRECT HIRE, IS ONSTE IN LAS VEGAS, MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO LAS VEGAS IF NOT LOCAL TO THE AREA, RELOCATION IS PROVIDED, 90 PERCENT TRAVEL, WE ARE UNABLE TO SPONSOR, THE CLIENT IS UNABLE TO SPONSOR, PLEASE NO 3RD PARTY INQUIRIES AND ABSOLUTELY NO RECRUITERS. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
