Process refinements, coordination with broader teams (eg. sales, marketing, lead generation, and product teams) proposing product or process improvements, and tactically executing and shepherding those improvements to ensure they come to fruition.

OCM will also be a portion of this role. That includes understanding exactly what the business' vision is, and putting a plan together to achieve those outcomes.

The end goal is of course to analyze and improve their operations to make buyers happy.
