This is a remote contract to hire role for a client in Clearwater, FL.

Role Overview
The consultant-to-hire Client Product & Relations Consultant (CPRC) reports to the CEO and will participate and evaluate current client operations and business infrastructure and operations. This role will outline process improvements and recommendations for a 24-month road-map for operational and organizational improvement as well as prepare the organization for rapid growth. This role should possess strong analytical expertise, excellent collaboration and communication skills to build partnerships between IT, application owners and business stakeholders.

The CPRC must have extensive experience in product development and
implementation, healthcare system development methodologies, healthcare payer operations, project management, client contract/change order negotiations, executing strategic initiatives with new and advanced technologies in the healthcare industry. In this role, the CPRC conducts industry/market research and in-life performance measurement to determine product demand, positioning and viability for the suite of solutions and specific functionality for existing and future clients.

The CPRC will lead/participate in regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new service offerings for existing and future clients. Pre-empts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes developed to support the new product or product change.

The CPRC will also play a crucial role in efforts in optimizing and modernizing customer support processes and tools.

Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
* Identify a sound business operations model within Company's fiscal abilities to include client relations, customer support, and training.
* Ensure business processes and procedures are implemented and properly documented.
* Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions for supporting the Long-Term Care and Home and Community Based Services market.
* Project management of all services/launches/changes throughout
implementation.
* Ability to engage client and due troubleshooting to identify solutions.
* Identify cost effective and rapid solution delivery options for meeting the business
objectives.
* Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements and objectives of each product.
* Research and independently self-educate on the Long-Term Care industry movement.
* Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
* Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations
including: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations
* Lead the design, approval, training and communication of new products features /product enhancements and communicate their associated impact on customer, operational, system and processes to various internal organizations
* Develop and conduct specialized training on new products/feature launches and raise
awareness on application of relevant subject matter
* Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product launch/changes.
* Provide support for other departmental projects as needed
* Participate in opportunities to develop both personally and professionally
* Meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management
* Meet/exceed expected reliability standards

Required Skills / Knowledge:

Education / Previous Experience:
* Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science
* 2 - 5 years of marketing/product development and or healthcare technology solutions
experience is preferred
* 5 years of computer experience (internet, windows, database, etc.)
* Healthcare Payer Experience and Managed Care Organization experience is preferred
* Experience in product development, strategic planning, industry research and trending, and software implementation is preferred
* Some travel may be required
