Job Description

Core responsibilities for this position include many facets of project management and product ownership. At a high level, they include activities like:
* Participation as part of the 'deal team' that acquires new business
* Creation of Proposals and/or Statements of Work, diagrams, presentations, flowcharts and other artifacts that define scope and business objectives
* Collection and documentation of requirements that define scope, business objectives or system capabilities
* Implementation of projects with a focus towards managing scope, cost, and timeline
* Communication with a variety of stakeholders to deliver product's functional requirements
* Performance as Product Owner for one or more technologies
* Creation of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
* Team participation with other PO's to ensure continuous process improvement
* Represent us to clients for a superior client experience in a trust driven industry
* May require up to 20% travel

Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to analyze, solve, and document complex business processes
* Ability to make timely, effective decisions with an eye on future growth, development and trends
* Ability to gather and interpret relevant information from non-technical SME's
* Creative and pragmatic approach to getting the best solution for a given customer
* Excellent communication and written language skills
* Good understanding of software and development life cycle


Experience:
* 5-7 years professional business experience
* Bachelor's degree - Business, MIS, Ag business, or related field
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects
* Strong understanding of technology, service-based software, and team dynamics
* Proven ability to quickly understand and translate business and technical requirements to both business, executive and technical audiences
* Experience with database, analytics software, and multi-media presentations
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Experience in agriculture, life sciences or biotech preferred
* Certifications (PMP, CSPO), agile experience and experience with sales and marketing direction are nice to have

Compensation Includes:
* Annual base salary
