Job Description

The Production Information Systems Manager plans, directs, and/or coordinates activities for the Manufacturing Division in the areas of electronic data processing, information systems & updates, analysis, data communication (EDI), storage/backup, security, and disaster recovery. S/he is responsible for reviewing all related activities, changes, upgrades, and enhancements for E2 - Shoptech MRP manufacturing systems. They will be the liaison between E2 Systems and the Manufacturing facility for all concerns affecting direct operation output, as well as analyzing workflow and establishing E2 standards for processes/mapped procedures. The Production Information Systems Manager will consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess technology needs and system requirements.
