Program Manager, Ambulatory Services

PLEASE NOTE: This Position requires 25-50% Travel

SUMMARY:

Program Manager needed to plan Strategic Initiatives, Projects, & Rollouts across the Healthcare Organization. The position controls Operational initiatives throughout many Projects often running simultaneously, leads Matrixed teams & Direct Reports, accountable for Return-On-Investment & performance of the Project Portfolio. You will lead and organize Project Delivery metrics, and Manage teams of Functional resources from inception to implementation. (Human Resources, Financials, Operational Team Members) Execute complex, cross-functional implementations including issue-tracking & escalating, and communications coordination, Object & Key Results-Tracking & Reports, facilitation of agreements across Stakeholders including members of Executive Leadership, delivering outcomes for maximum impact.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Streamline Goals & Objectives Checklist Completion on Behalf of the Program Executive Teams
  • Lead the Program; resource mobilization of project team members & work directly with organizational leaders
  • Lead a Data-Driven environment with quick business findings, change management & growth pattern concentration
  • Organize problem-solving approaches to operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Engage with relevant, multi-disciplinary technical & functional team-members along with business groups to manage complex requirements and impact to processes of the business, program, product & portfolio enhancements
  • Act as liaison between enterprise teams & 3rd Party teams
  • Coordinate Agreements for all team members involved including functional members of leadership & business teams
  • Deliverables with overall compliance, Return-On-Investment & Impact Analysis
  • Map out the process when it comes to requirements generation and procedural documentation.
  • Make improvements & recommendations based on data, generate current state analysis,

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience, in a complex, matrixed environment with High Impact results
  • PMP-is a Requirement
  • Healthcare Experience is a Requirement, &/or experience in Transportation or BOTH from a Project/Program Management Capacity.
  • Highly Influential, Ability to Communicate, Build Rapport and Interface with Leadership & relevant Stakeholders at all levels of the Organization
  • Bachelor's Degree is Required in a Relevant Discipline, MBA Preferred

Location: Denver with some Regional Travel, work is onsite (in adherence to CDC-Guidelines). Local Candidates to the Denver-Metro Area only, please. Out-Of-State Applicants will not be considered by the Client.
