Role Objective
Your focus will be on handling and helping deliver complex projects from inception to
implementation. You'll get to partner with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the
organization - across partner managers, product managers, engineers & technical leads,
product marketing managers, sales and operations.

● Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
● Run end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs and projects that contribution
● Decide on suitable strategies and objectives by leading key operating rhythms within
the team and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together
helping solving cross-org issues / communication / partner concerns
● Develop and control deadlines and budgets for joint marketing activities
● Apply change, risk and resource management. Assume responsibility for the
program's activities and goals
● Ensure clear status reporting is happening at all levels, whether at the sponsor level or
day-to-day team members
● Develop presentations and supporting documentation for various forums and partners
● Build, document, and improve processes across geographically distributed
teams/partners in order to optimize efficiency in a fast-pace environment
● Assess marketing activities' performance and aim to maximize ROI
● Connect sales resources across team and partner, providing context on joint
opportunities and coordinating follow-up actions
● Oversee documentation of customer wins and best practices in external resources like
case studies, technical whitepapers, blog posts and solution guides
● Resolve projects' higher scope issues and level up the organization through
program/project management standards
● Proven experience as a Partner Manager, Program Manager or other managerial
● Previous experience in public cloud space, ideally with ISV or SaaS companies
● Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
● Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
● Excellent knowledge of Salesforce; working knowledge of marketing tools
● Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Excellent problem-solving ability
● BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field
