Job Responsibilities

Collect/analyze the stakeholder business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to development team utilizing the Requirements Traceability Matrix and other applicable documentation.

Interface with business teams and technology teams to deploy best practices to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources such as Redshift, SalesForce, JBoss Data Virtualization (JDV) Serve as the BI Platform Superuser of the platform (Tableau preferred) with experience in training others how to adopt the platform, creation of best practice data source management and visualizations in a variety of formats for end users Conduct requirements gathering workshops with Business, Stakeholders & Vendors with ability to analyze and help solve problems at their root, while understanding the broader context.

Guide users in data warehousing practices and possess an understanding of building relational data models. Model data and metadata to support ad-hoc customer requests during the duration of the project Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, data preparation and integrity, test design, dashboard development and design optimization Possess and share practical knowledge in Tableau Online best practices: including user administration, security, and data source management

Job Qualifications

Experienced. 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or Business Finance / Operations Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or Engineering. Tableau experience a major plus.

Analytics Project Experience. Direct experience directly supporting an analytics application implementation to teams across a multinational organization is a major plus.

Experience with data analysis and documentation Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation and maintenance Experience designing text scripts and scenarios Experience with use cases and user stories for Waterfall and Agile development Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills. You love the idea of sharing the Tableau story.

Experience working with multiple functional areas including IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, Services, R&D, Customer Support, and Marketing Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills Business acumen, intellectual curiosity and willingness to accept feedback Technically Experience. Experience using CRM applications; Salesforce. com or Oracle a plus. Working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling / data management, strong knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, Tableau Software, and SalesForce.com.
