Job Description

Diagnostics experience (having worked in areas like Mammography, MRI, Cat Scan and ultrasound) Experience working with Supply inventory that is already in the rooms. NOT ordering supplies using a sheet (aka not using an order sheet)
Knows a thing or two about leading a construction project as we will be removing some things in the supply rooms to make room for shelving (aka Par Carts).

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Project Analyst of Supply Chain is responsible for the analysis and execution of assigned programs and projects as it relates to the medical and surgical supply chain workflow processes as it relates to iSynergy. Reviews and analyzes the departmental data, processes and activities to assist in developing recommendations to improve business workflows for the most effective use of resources. Documents results and requirements, works within predefined scope and objectives; and formulates results that meet and parallels overall business strategies for all phases of process improvement life cycle. Responsible for handling multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously. Provides project outcomes and objectives within scope, quality, timeframe, and contractual framework. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes and software
* Ability to work with clinical, technical, and functional corporate and facility personnel as needed.
*Ability to work with supporting documentation for projects and customizations.
*Gather data that supports conceptual and analytical results that will drive business processes for redesign and build.
*Effectively prepares and presents technical and/or educational documentation of assigned projects and/or systems to enhance the knowledge of others.
* Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point-of-Use software related to supply chain storage areas, workflows, and related interactions.
* Works independently with significant attention to detail and sense of urgency. Ability to manage issues and projects to consistently meet timelines.
* Rapid adoption and ability to learn and incorporate new software and hardware tools.
Able to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
*Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures.
*Excellent customer service, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
*Ability to implement new processes to improve productivity, quality, and maximize the value of the Supply Chain processes and able to travel locally up to 80% of time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
* Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office software, Strong analytical skills utilizing MS Excel
* Knowledge of Point-of-Use applications, Cerner, SunPort, PeopleSoft, and/or Materials Management supply chain software.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Materials Management, Project Management, and/or Supply Chain.
*Associates degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
*Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Healthcare, Supply Chain or related field.
*Experience in PeopleSoft ERP inventory module and workflow design.
*Experience with working in a large hospital or multi-hospital system.
