Project Billing Specialist in Bedminster Township, NJ at Vaco

Job Description

Currently in need of a Project Billing Specialist (1-5 years experience) for a reputable firm in Bedminster, NJ. This position will be Temp-Perm ($45-$50k) and is an IMMEDIATE need. Ideal candidates MUST have prior professional service experience (construction, architecture, engineering, etc.), and AIA or Project billing. Knowledge of Deltek software highly preferred.

Some of the responsilities include:
- Billing clients (biweekly/monthly)
- Setting up billing terms and rate tables
- Work closely with Project Managers to submit draft invoices
- Contracts
- Ad-hoc analysis
