We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a IS&T Project Analyst for the Portfolio and Project Management Group (PPMG). The person in this position is expected to provide analysis, interpretation and consultation services for Program Office chartering, tools and methodology to IS&T Leadership and Business customers. This person is expected to provide in-depth analysis for Program Office processes and technologies. This position supports and translates the strategic alignment of Client's strategy to corporate objectives and initiatives. Additionally, this position occasionally supports and provides backup project management deliverables to Project Managers, ensuring their success in meeting business needs.   • Develops, assesses, and delivers Program Office services to IS&T leadership and business customers
    • Facilitates planning and delivery of end to end Program Office solutions
    • Helps to translate customer needs across multiple business and IS&T functions and technologies
    • Manages, maintains, and reports upon strategic alignment of IS&T initiatives
    • Reports and analyzes metrics for leadership and enterprise management regarding project portfolio trends and initiatives
  • Continuously improves efficiency, measurements and deliverables
    • Identifies, develops, documents, and audits best practices for area(s) of expertise
    • Develops and documents the design of existing processes and interactions
    • May provide expert tool and Program Service troubleshooting
    • Produces complex ad hoc reports, assists with reporting needs and ensures effective communication across many audiences
    • Occasionally serves as a liaison between the PPMG, Program Office, IS&T, Business Partners, and external customers/partners
    • Reports, investigates and facilitates responses for variances between planned and actual project performance
    • Coordinates, facilitates
    • Provides expert-level support for Project Methodology tools, most notably SeviceNow
    • Occasionally leads projects of limited complexity under the direction of a project manager
  • Maintains excellent customer and team relationships
  • Organizes and leads team-internal improvement projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Demonstrated expertise with efficiently compiling and presenting data in a manner that meets the needs of a multitude of audiences
  • Knowledge of Application Development Lifecycle principles
  • Self-motivated; works autonomously
  • Expertise interpreting technical jargon across many platforms and technologies for business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Demonstrated established partnerships within Client and/or Project Management industry
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and manage a high degree of change
  • Proven organizational skills; prioritizing to meet customers' needs, bringing people together into high-functioning teams
  • Expertise starting and maintaining relationships across within IS&T and multifaceted business groups
  • Strong capacity for applying new technologies as related to project management software tools


  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years Project Management experience, or 6+ years Project Coordination experience
  • 3+ years' experience calculating project risk management or equivalent experience with risk management and assessment
  • 5+ years of experience within Information Services and Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience as a user of the project and portfolio management functions of ServiceNow
  • A certificate from a 6 to 12 month Project Management, Business Communications, Scrum/Agile, and/or or Lean Enterprise Certification program or related experience
  • Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification and/or Risk Management Professional (PMI-RM) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
