Job Description

One of the companies we work with is looking for a Project Coordinator to work with the Finance team to help create client-ready proposals in PowerPoint.

This person should have an understanding of financial services and feel comfortable working with Excel to translate reported financials into vivid PowerPoint PowerPoint decks.


•Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required

•A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on Experiential experience working on large scale, multi-faceted activations preferred

•A creative thinker

•Ability to work independently on multiple projects at various stages simultaneously

•Experience working with large and small budgets to create awareness and earn social media attention

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills - design skills a plus

•Bachelors degree: Business, Marketing or Communications degrees preferred
