Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Birmingham, AL

About this position: Vaco has been engaged by a long-standing telecommunications real estate company headquartered in Birmingham, AL to add an Project Coordinator to their growing team. This person will be tasked with extensive data analysis, ongoing reporting projects, and other tasks requiring flexible problem-solving skills. Some tasks will be well defined but with considerable variation that requires independent thought and/or prioritization

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Sales Support - Work as an additional resource in the current Sales Administration team in an effort to quickly turn around Agreements
• Assigned Account Sales - Proactively communicate with assigned accounts in support of Software Sales opportunities
• Respond to questions about invoices and renewals
• Utilize 'outside the box' thinking to bridge informational gaps and establish efficient processes
• Work proficiently with minimal supervision to analyze information and report results confidently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Experience in account services preferred, but not required
• Intermediate to Expert level Excel skills
• Team player who is eager to learn and grow
