Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping the project organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced and challenging environment, has a high attention to detail, and is very dependable.

A successful Project Coordinator excels at both verbal and written communication and is extremely productive. The ideal candidate is able to coordinate and contribute with your teams to assemble the project scope of work, budget and schedule documents. This position is the coordinator during all project phases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To assist the team leads as instructed including the performance of the following tasks:

  • Assembly of the project scope of work, budget and schedule documents as well as other project specific parameters.
  • Assist in the development of the project documentation as requested by the team lead.
  • Assist team leads with coordination of all project details

Specifically, duties of the Project Coordinator will include:

  • Manage the organization and distribution of the project documentation to and from all project stakeholders
  • Some administrative tasks will also be required, including but not limited to answering phones, handling mail, and ordering office supplies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • have at least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
