Job Description

Project Coordinator will require following skillsets - Project Coordination experience in IT industry to include but not limited to understanding written IT scope of work, resource allocation and scheduling. Must be organized and able to multi-task. Must be proactive and able to communicate and follow through. Project Coordinator must work directly with our Project and Service teams, new and existing clients as well as provide support to Project Managers on larger scale projects. Reports to Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IT projects listed on Atlas Service Coordination Board - schedule and coordinate field work with customer and proper engineering resource to include all updates to the sales order hardware procurement status, communicate proper expectations as provided on scope of work (small projects- moves, adds and changes) and proper closure, documentation as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination IT projects listed on Atlas Project Coordination Board - review of Onboarding new customer scope of work and resource assignments to include but not limited to creating, planning and scheduling internal project team kick off agenda, scheduling of the customer project kick off agenda and following workplan and tasks required to complete successful onboarding. Able to recognize and communicate change order and scheduling of additional services that may be added to scope of work. Additional projects included on Project Coordination Board including Offboardings, large roll-out PC upgrade/deployments and Assessments are also included on this Board that require the same organization and aptitude for proper communication, closure, documentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Review Automate Deployment Audit for machines that authenticate to the domain in the last 30 days that are not in Automated (unmanaged workstations).
  • Product receipt and staging on assigned Project Service and Coordination Board orders
  • Track all checklists for completion - alerts, maintenance and new user /term user forms
  • Create customized new user/term user forms for all onboarding clients
  • Assist technical support team in managing IT calls, creating and updating tickets and assisting with resource escalation. (know the availability of the Project Team resources)
  • Company training is provided both instructor led and through online professional training tools provided by your supervisor. Learning is part of our culture and required in order to assist team as outlined to include but not limited to all above duties as a Project Coordinator.

General Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as IT coordinator or similar role
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Servers, Routers, Switches, Wireless, Cabling)
  • Working knowledge and experience with ISP (internet service providers) and orders
  • Ability to explain IT concepts in simple terms and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Desire to learn and grow into next level - project manager
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
