The PMO is seeking an IT Project Manager to assist on a Customer Experiences Management (CEM) in the IT Advanced Analytics vertical. It is required that candidates have had 1-3 years of project management experience, not just project coordinator experience.


  • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
  • Implements project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
  • Coordinates communication with all areas that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Ensures accurate and up-to-date information is maintained within the PMO
  • Maintains project SharePoint sites - including list creation, granting user access
  • Updates Project financial, including budgeting and tracking of labor and fixed costs

  • Typically 1-3 years of experience managing project-related efforts. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
  • Should possess significant knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
  • Communications skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Working experience with SDLC and deliverables associated with each phase.
  • Experience with resource management activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Invoice processing
  • Project financials management - Oracle Financials, Microsoft Excel
  • MS Office Suite - Visio, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Scope/Risk/issue/financial/budget management
  • Weekly + monthly formal status reporting
  • External vendor management / SOW management

Knowledge of, or prior participation in, following would be a plus:

  • CRM or Customer Experience implementations - technical management of implementations
