Armil Construction, a full-service General Contractor specializing in insurance claims which has been in business in the Memphis and Mid-South for over 40 years, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join its team. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with exceptional benefits and advancement opportunities.

Truck, phone, computer, and gas card are included. Health insurance begins upon hiring, and additional benefits are also included.

Compensation is a base salary plus monthly commission.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review the project and contract documents for scope of work, schedule, budget, etc.

• Identify project opportunities and assess relevant risks

• Submit required information to insurance carrier

• Send contract for signature

• Manage project from start to finish

Preferred Experience:

• Insurance claims / restoration & Xactimate (minimum level 2) estimating software experience required

• 3-5 years' experience in disaster restoration industry preferred

• Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license and be insurable

• Additional experience in mitigation (e.g. IICRC certification) is a plus
