Job Description

Our client, an Investment Company in Seattle needs a Mid-Level Project Manager to handle budgets, project scope and oversight of complex projects under the umbrella of critical enterprise projects mixed with standard PMO-related projects and initiatives.

You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Driving cross-functional teams and collaboration with matrixed groups across the organization.
2. Identify risks, potential bottlenecks and trade-offs balancing business and technical limitations.
3. Providing communication in the form of documents and comprehensive presentations involving technical requirements, business specifications, and user acceptance criteria.
4. Design project schedules and relevant metrics translatable throughout the entire organization

Requirements include:
1. Bachelor's in Business Administration, C.S., Information Systems Management, Finance or relevant area of study from a verified College or University. PMP preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects
3. Proven track record of resource management experience in addition to capacity planning
4. IT service delivery background with knowledge of SDLC and all phases from inception to implementation
5. A background in Financial Services preferred.
6. Excellent negotiation skills and rapid solutions provider/problem solver, ability to balance conflicting requirements.

The role is a 6+ month contract Onsite In Seattle, as for extension, following 10/31 there will be an auto extension for all of 2020 FY (Nov 1, 2019, to 10/31 2020)
