We have an immediate need for a project manager for a local solar company in Phoenix, Arizona. This role would be the cycle leader who would own a vital piece of the company's service delivery process for the company, which includes the final inspection stage of installation.

Ideal Profile: Experienced project manager from the solar industry who has owned the final inspection process of residential solar installations

Responsibilities: Manage the solar install process from after installation through the final inspection.

Including the management of:

• Solidifying the approval of commissions with utility companies
• Prepare all final paperwork associated with the installation
• Working with local municipalities

Requirements:

• Extensive solar industry experience in an operations capacity required
• High level of technical skills associated with the process behind solar panel installation.
• Strong organizational skills and be a self-starter to establish sound processes and procedures with little direction.
• Experience with salesforce and sighten preferred
