Project Manager | Remote + Travel | $60/hr. in Nashville, TN at Vaco

Job Description

**This role is remote (must reside in Tennessee) and willing to travel 75% from June-August in mid-west and south-east regions**

As the Project Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage multi-site technology deployments.
• Manage 3rd party vendors, including: networking, internet, etc.
• Develop scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage integrated project and program schedules for all information technology aspects supporting clinic launches.
• Work with IT, operations teams, and external parties to monitor and manage the IT program schedule.
• Identify dependencies and negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that key stakeholders are appropriately informed.

Your Background:

• Master's degree (in Business, Operations Management, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science or MIS, or related field) preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
• Use of Smartsheets, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products (i.e., Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One, etc.)
• Demonstrated planning skills with the ability to negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams effectively
