**This role is remote (must reside in Tennessee) and willing to travel 75% from June-August in mid-west and south-east regions**
As the Project Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage multi-site technology deployments.
- Manage 3rd party vendors, including: networking, internet, etc.
- Develop scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage integrated project and program schedules for all information technology aspects supporting clinic launches.
- Work with IT, operations teams, and external parties to monitor and manage the IT program schedule.
- Identify dependencies and negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that key stakeholders are appropriately informed.
Your Background:
- Master's degree (in Business, Operations Management, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science or MIS, or related field) preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
- Use of Smartsheets, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products (i.e., Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One, etc.)
- Demonstrated planning skills with the ability to negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams effectively
