Job Description

**MUST BE BILINGUAL**

Goal:

Your goal will be to build relationships with apartment/condo property managers to increase each properties internet and television take rates. This position reports to the local MDU Sales Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with up to 100 apartment/condo property managers in properties that are service ready

  • Sell television and internet access for one of Austin's largest fiber connectivity providers

  • Schedule and staff customer acquisition events targeting apartment/condo tenants

  • Distribute signage, flyers and other branded promotional materials to target properties

  • Scout active properties to identify sales challenges/opportunities

  • Build a referral flow and respond to inquiries from local tenants within 24 hours

  • Update Salesforce with relevant customer information, conversion status, and notes

  • Escalate customer concerns and issues to local leadership team

  • Directly sell internet and television access to customers

  • Staff hyper local retail locations to interface with potential customers


Qualifications:

  • College degree or 2 years of relevant work experience

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results

  • Prior experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM such as Salesforce

  • Account management experience with strong organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible schedule

  • Active drivers license with good driving record
