Job Description

The client and their related entities own and manage over 100 properties throughout the United States including 12 million square feet of industrial and commercial property and 2,300 apartment units. The portfolio is valued in excess of $1 billion, and rapidly expanding.

They specialize in acquiring, rehabilitating and repositioning industrial, retail, office and multi-family properties with a current emphasis on industrial and manufacturing facilities in Southern California.

This dynamic organization is currently seeking an energetic, hands-on Property Manager to join the team at the Newport Beach, CA office.

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • The Property oversight of a primarily industrial portfolio
  • Assisting with property renovations and Due Diligence inspections
  • Managing all day to day Operations of properties in the portfolio, third-party vendors, and outside contractors, to ensure properties are properly maintained in accordance with company standards and maintenance agreements
  • Building and maintaining exemplary internal and external relationships with all tenants, clients, team, and vendors utilizing effective customer service and communication skills
  • Monitoring all financial and business dealings of assigned portfolio, including CAM reconciliations, AR & AP tracking, Leasing, and insurance coverages, etc.
  • Reviewing and analyzing standard monthly reporting package including Operating Statements, Tenant Ledgers, Balance Sheet, Rent Roll, and Aged Delinquency Report
  • Performing reoccurring property inspections and following up on action items
  • Drafting Property and Construction contracts
  • Assisting with special projects as required


A candidate with 5-7 years of real estate experience that possesses the desire to learn the commercial real estate investment cycle from acquisition to disposition.
