Job Description

Our client is a locally owned Property Management company of mostly single-family homes. They are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills that is looking to work hard and see the value in working for a growing company with an excellent work culture.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the management of the day to day outside operations of the Property Management company. There will be a strong focus on maintenance supervision, work order management within the Property Management software, detailed follow up to maintenance orders verifying work has been done to a high standard, management of rent ready's and construction services, meeting with tenants at their home and much more.

Day to Day Job Duties would include, but not limited to:

  • Property Inspections
  • Work order management
  • Rent Ready Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Developing bids and quotes
  • Review of invoices to make sure work was done at the agreed-upon price or within our pricing structure
  • Supervision of vacant homes
  • Management of people
  • Following up with tenants regarding work orders, maintenance, and tenant concerns
  • Management of move out videos and pictures
  • Communicating to the office as they need information from the field
  • Communicating with vendors and holding them accountable for their job performance

Job requirement and skills
