As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in issuing in purchasing orders, tracking purchases, and maintaining a current database of vendor information.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all sales order changes are coordinated with Production Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to verify the ability to accept the changes.
  • Performing commercial bid evaluations of supplier proposals & coordinating technical evaluations and recommendations to Procurement Manager.
  • Participating in the invoice approval process to ensure that supplier invoices are in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions and resolving issues as necessary
