Job Description

We are looking for a purchasing specialist to directly assist the Purchasing and Inventory Manager who works with everything from purchasing and production to the executive team and finance. The ideal candidate would be able so assist in tasks such as implementing processes/procedures, inventory, purchasing, finance, transportation, and project management.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Manufacturing background in inventory and purchasing
  • High volume purchasing and planning skills
  • Project management, organizational skills
  • Great communication and documentation skills
  • Quick thinker
  • Ability to work with finance/accounting department on payments, purchase orders, etc
  • Use Microsoft 365- on premises
  • Familiarity with logistics
