Job Description

Vaco is seeking QA clerks for a hospitality client in Kissimmee, FL. They are seeking someone customer oriented who is a fast learner with strong attention to detail. Reliability, energy, and eagerness to learn are key points!

Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring calls and auditing contracts for compliance with quality assurance standards.

This is contract to hire, $12.50-13.50/hr, with a large company with growth and development opportunities.


The Quality Assurance position requires the monitoring and advising via reports the performance of staff throughout Account Services to promote as well as ensure set targets and standards are being met. Where appropriate, the Quality Assurance Specialist will advise on changes required including implementation via training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve the desired results.


1. Establishing Quality Assurance standards of service for customers or clients. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with supervisory and managerial staff.
2. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs.
3. Monitoring performance through the gathering and analyzing of relevant data against defined parameters and producing statistical reports.
4. Ascertain that procedures (existing and updated) are properly understood, carried out and evaluated to ensure compliance with customers' or clients' specifications.
5. Provide a quality review of area within Capital Management including, but not limited to, collection calls, payments, cash transfers, chargebacks, document recordings, and system updates.

* A minimum of two years' experience with Resort Operations; specifically Account Services including Deeding, Collections and Treasury Services.
* PC knowledge; includes spreadsheet and word processing software.
* Good organizational and communication skills and attention to detail required.
