Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of vendor imaging platform including core imaging system, custom applications and interfaces. Develop sound testing processes and perform testing across the imaging platform.
  • Handle daily review, quality monitoring, and reconciliation of imaging activities. Randomly sample imaging transactions to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Research and resolve imaging system error messages.
  • Recommend changes needed as a result of quality control results. Assist Imaging team with deployment of change requests. Work with team to validate correction action provided by the imaging vendor.
  • Provide feedback to vendor and vendor management using both qualitative and quantitative measures.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of policies and procedures for the department.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years' experience in customer service, mortgage banking or financial Institution
  • 3 years quality control background
  • Knowledge of a programming language; Structured Query Language (SQL) a plus
  • Knowledge of document management/imaging a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills, with ability to facilitate recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
