Job Description

Vaco Richmond is recruiting for a Corporate Real Estate Administrator to join a growing division of a well-known company in Richmond. This position is a crucial compontent to the day-to-day operational success of the business operations. Responsibilities primarily revolve around contract and lease review, communicating amongst tenants and landlords, as well as providing financial oversight of leases.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work with lease agreements, renewals, and systems
  • Liaise between landlords and clients
  • Provide analysis and support for lease administration and financial reporting
  • Manage, monitor, and report monthly progress of lease terminations, rent commencements, rent increases, lease renewals, and lease options
  • Review and interpretation of leases
  • Assists in defining real estate requirements (i.e. reviews growth projections, evaluates overall business strategy, manages critical dates)
  • Manages and supports system changes relating to tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rate, etc.
  • Provides transactional financial analysis support to the Transaction Management team (including cash flow analysis)
  • Lease negotiation and administration
  • Administers customer satisfaction surveys and other quality assurance documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent to a 4- year college degree
  • 1-3 years' experience in real estate or similar industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Advanced MS Office skills
