Job Description

Real Estate Marketing Coordinator - Norfolk, VA
Contract - $15/hour- $18/hour

We are currently working with a reputable real estate company located in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience and be proficient with Adobe Creative Suites, particularly, InDesign. Associate's degree or 2 years of college required. This person must be a seasoned talented professional with marketing experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing general administrative support to office/group of sales professionals
  • Creating proposals, presentation, and communication materials
  • Coordinating distribution of internal and external marketing information
  • Maintaining company brand, products, office, and client messaging/consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials such as flyers, maps, floor plans, etc.
  • Gathering supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and Brokers' commission payments
  • Review marketing material specifications and act as a liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to coordinate completion and submission of property information packages
  • Organizes and prepares production of customized, client specific property information to respond Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals (RFIs, RFPs)
  • Scheduling of appointments, keeping calendars, travel arrangements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent form of 2-year college required
  • At least 3 years' experience of administrative support experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate industry
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign especially) is a must
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles, advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong marketing knowledge
