Job Description

Our client located in Bedminster, NJ is adding an Rebates Administrator to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing, training, and mentoring Rebate Analysts in the day to day operations.
  • Communicating with consumers via telephone or email and attend to matters as required
  • Monitoring and assisting Rebate Analyst to provide support to their assigned Sales team with accurate customer metrics
  • Assisting in preparing month-end close for commercial rebates and administration fees as needed
  • Calculating and comparing customer data for all rebates and administrative fees, understanding variances
  • Ability to work closely with Accounts Receivable on resolving variances between the customer claims and payments.
  • Assisting with any Business Development efforts or software implementations as needed while maintaining a Rebate Trackers and other tools of measurement.
  • Holding weekly staff meetings and periodic one-on-ones with direct reports. Ensure staff's goals and performance are aligned with Finance organization goals. Encourage team building and staff training, where appropriate. Complete, rate and discuss Annual Reviews with direct reports in a timely manner.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in rebate management and sales support.
  • Prior experience with contract negotiations and maintenance, rebate processing, and contract maintenance.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent similar work experience a PLUS
  • Revitas/Model N/COGNOS; JDE a PLUS
