Job Description

Vaco is seeking an administrative professional for a great client of ours located in the Duluth area. This role is temp to possible perm and paying $13-$14.50/hr depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, arrange all travel reservations/accommodations, schedule appointments and meetings
  • Compile reports and furnish information for partners
  • Act as a liaison between partners and clients
  • Screen inbound/outbound phone calls and forward to appropriate department or individual
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Special projects as directed
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the team and with customers throughout the sales, inventory and operations of the business
  • Process titles and loaner agreements
  • Process, review and submit customer documents
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • General filing & scanning duties and ordering
  • Manage referrals
  • All clerical duties assigned


  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Demonstrated computer experience required (Microsoft Office Proficient)
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Above-average data entry skills
